We’re not going to make you dig for this: nothing you submit through this site ends up on a marketing list or in a data broker’s hands. It funds one thing, the quote and the move you’re asking about. This is a living document, so what’s posted here today is the version that applies to your visit, not a copy you may have read on an earlier trip through the site.
In two sentences
Scheduling and pricing are what your name, addresses, and move details are for around here, nothing about them goes to a resale list. Three outside parties only ever see a slice of it: whichever payment processor runs the transaction, our insurer if a claim ever comes up, and an HOA or building office when access paperwork needs a signature.
The information involved
- What you tell us directly: name, phone number, email, both addresses tied to the move, a target date, and anything that makes the job unusual, an HOA sign-off pending in Western Branch, a flood-zone address in Deep Creek, or a PCS timeline tied to Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads.
- What gets logged automatically: every web server does this, ours included. A line gets recorded each time a page loads, capturing the browser and device involved, a rough geographic origin, and the path that brought you here, a search result, a direct visit, or a link from elsewhere on the site, along with whatever pages you look at afterward.

A court order could compel wider disclosure; short of that, this is the complete list. We don’t sell, rent, or route information to data brokers, ad networks, or resellers.
How long it stays on file
Records stick around for the length of your move plus whatever window Virginia’s tax and recordkeeping rules require of a household-goods carrier, then get cleared. We apply reasonable safeguards around who can open a file and how it’s stored. No system connected to the internet is completely immune to a breach, and we’d rather say that plainly than oversell our own security.
Cookies and traffic patterns
Analytics software here works the way most sites’ does: it counts visits and page views in bulk, with no name or contact record attached to any single visit. Cookies are optional and nothing on this site depends on them, block them in your browser and the only difference you’re likely to notice is a form occasionally taking an extra moment to submit.
Your rights over your own file
A staff member handles these requests personally by phone or email, not a ticketing queue:
- Ask what’s currently on file for you
- Correct something that’s inaccurate
- Request that your record be deleted
- Ask to be removed from any outreach list
